When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, site postcode and a description of your project.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you go ahead, deliver your project. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. Enquiries are delivered to us by an email service provider acting on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our spam protection may set a strictly necessary cookie when you use the contact form.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@hertsagri-design.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
